There are multiple reasons why people who are considering podcasting should consider podcasting directories to be their new best friends. The importance of being in a podcasting directory is that the podcast will get more views and more listeners when it is all in more podcasting directories. Putting your podcast on many directories is a good way of bringing people into your podcast. It is also a good way of gaining viewers and subscribers. They focus on educating the listener in a specific topic or area so that he or she can leave the podcast knowing something new. All podcasts in this directory have to be safe and not sexually biased. They also cannot contain explicit language; it is important that these podcast can be listened to a general audience which may include children, which is why they cannot contain offensive material. If a podcast or would like his or her podcast to be listed on this directory, it is important to make sure that that podcast does not contain any sexual material or explicit content. This website is based in the United Kingdom and is a great educational resource as well as a wonderful place to find an educational podcast.

This educational podcasting directory allows teachers to search for content which may be used in a classroom or online college course. There is much educational variety within the Education Podcast Network, from 'How To Grow Tomatoes' to 'How To Make A Movie'. With new podcasts are being added daily, this is a strong educational podcasting directory and can help every listener find an educational podcast worth listening to and learning from.
